Who We Are
About Us
The Minnesota Professional Fire Fighters Association is a nonprofit organization representing the interests of over 2,000 professional fire fighters in Minnesota. We are committed to providing our members the resources they need to be safe, effective, and respected fire fighters.
We offer a wide range of services to our members, including:
- Collective bargaining: We negotiate contracts with local governments on behalf of our members, ensuring that they have fair wages, benefits, and working conditions.
- Legal assistance: We provide legal assistance to our members when facing disciplinary action, discrimination, or other workplace issues.
- Education and training: We offer a variety of educational and training programs to our members to help them stay up-to-date on the latest fire science and technology.
- Advocacy: We advocate on behalf of our members at the state and federal levels to ensure their interests are represented in the political process.
